Victoria A. Donoghue Esq. received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. Her experience in the field of immigration law includes maintaining a private practice, specializing in employment-based immigration, as well as managerial positions related to immigration in academia. She currently works as the Associate Director of Human Resources, Immigration/Labor & Employment Relations at the Research Foundation of the City University of New York, a 5000 employee nonprofit corporation. In that capacity, she oversees the Foundation’s immigration program, supervising the processing of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, managing the Foundation’s communications on the subject of employment-based immigration law, and serving as a resource and advocate on immigration policy. In addition, she regularly delivers presentations to colleges throughout the CUNY system about hiring and retaining foreign talent.
